Meet Heather

Heather, RVT

Heather graduated from Algonquin College in 2013 from the veterinary technician program. Later that year she completed the certification and became a Registered Veterinary Technician.  Growing up, pets were not allowed due to an allergy by a family member but she always dreamed of having a cat. Although Heather didn’t grow up with cats and dogs,  her love of animals lead her to pursue this career where she can dedicate herself to helping pets. 

Heather lives in Oshawa with her husband and 3 energetic sons. When she is not working, you’ll find her going on adventures and exploring nature with them. 

After a busy day,  Heather unwinds by snuggling her 3 cats: Butters, Yogi and Nemo. She spends her free time tending to her greenhouse,  caring for house plants and taking on house renovation projects.
