Stephanie, Practice Manager

Stephanie began her career in the veterinary field as an Animal Care Attendant at an emergency clinic, where her dedication and passion for animal care quickly became evident. She went on to train as a Veterinary Technician, spending eight years working in a high-paced emergency hospital environment. During that time, she gained extensive experience in critical care and developed a deep understanding of the veterinary industry from the ground up.

With a background in entrepreneurship, Stephanie eventually transitioned into veterinary management, combining her business acumen with her hands-on clinical knowledge. This unique blend of skills allows her to lead with both compassion and strategy, focusing on building veterinary hospitals that are not only efficient and well-run, but also deeply supportive of staff, clients, and the pets they serve.

She is passionate about creating spaces where teams thrive and where the highest standard of care is accessible to as many animals as possible.
